Pressures in private, as well as
work life have risen alarmingly
over the past years.
Whilst healing and eventual rehabilitation into work from illnesses
of the motor system is usually foreseeable and thus, calculable; with mental illnesses,
long-term absences can be
expected. In many cases, a reintegration back into the previous job
is not possible.
Burn-out is often the result if both
body and mind are weakened. It
was Hippocrates (400 BC) who
first said that "prevention is better
than cure" and thus underlined the
importance of prevention.
In this training course you will
learn early detection and preventive treatments of possible forms
of stress.
Together with Prof. Dr. Bruno
Müller-Oerlinghausen of Charité
– Universitätsmedizin Berlin – we
turned our attention to the problem of “burn-out syndrome” and
developed the Präventatio® concept.

IMC FH Krems is one of the most international universities of applied
science in Austria. Currently, there
are 26 full and part-time innovative
degree programs within the economic sciences, health sciences and
life sciences.
Beginning in Autumn 2014, IMC
FH Krems will offer a two semester
course for "Academic Spa Managers" for innovation and product
development in cooperation with
Haslauer GmbH / Reiter Alm. This
will qualify staff from spa and
wellness facilities for managerial
positions.
Thanks to the collaboration between the IMC FH Krems and
Haslauer GmbH located in Ainring, Germany, it is now possible
to provide training that provides
necessary knowledge regarding innovation, market development and
product trends for spa hotels and
day spas as well as practical skills
training. This is an essential combination for spa managers who want
to run a spa economically and also
work actively with their clients.

Reiter Alm also include:

for the duration of training
at the latest by 2 weeks before
commencement of the training.
Cancellations are only valid if they
are made in writing. No costs will
be invoiced up to 14 days before
commencement of the seminar. If
desired, the booking may be changed for another training course. In
case of cancellation up to 3 days
before training commencement,
80% of the training fees and room
costs will be invoiced as cancellation expenses. In case of later
cancellation (sickness, professional and private obligations) the
entire course fee must be paid or
in the event of a no-show. Rights
to reimbursements are excluded.
If course attendance is too low, we
reserve the right to cancel courses and reimburse the complete
course fees.
All travel and accommodation
costs are the responsibility of the
participant.If desired, rooms can
be reserved (see registration form
on p. 41) when training takes place
at Reiter Alm.
Please bring the following to all
training: 2 beach towels, bathing
shoes, light work & swimwear,
participants with long hair need a
hair band.

We request timely registration due
to the limited number of places.
A place will only be reserved for
you after the training fee has
been paid in full (you will receive
the invoice with the course confirmation). The entire training fee
must be paid in full before commencement of the course. If we
have not received the training fee
before commencement of the
course, we reserve the right to exclude you or your employees from
participation in the course.
Course cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel in
training dates due to insufficient
participant numbers or unforeseen
events. You will be informed 8 days
in advance at latest. Paid training
fees (provided a later course has
not been booked) will be reimbursed immediately.
We reserve the right to exclude any
course participant without reason
and also to exclude participants
during the training course. Paid
training fees will be reimbursed
accordingly.
