16 April 2014 Endowment Bond Exchange Ltd ACN 152 287 600 SUPPLEMENTARY PROSPECTUS 1 IMPORTANT INFORMATION This supplementary prospectus is dated 16 April 2014 (Supplementary Prospectus) and is issued in substitution for all previous supplementary prospectuses that amend Section 16 'Prices and Maturities' of the replacement prospectus dated 15th March 2013 issued by Endowment Bond Exchange Ltd ACN 152 287 600 (Company) for the sale of Endowment Bonds issued by Endowment Bond Ltd ACN 155 821 006 (Issuer) (Prospectus) This Supplementary Prospectus should be read together with the Prospectus. This Supplementary Prospectus was lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) on 16 April 2014. ASIC takes no responsibility for the contents of this Supplementary Prospectus. Other than as set out below, terms and abbreviations defined in the Prospectus have the same meaning in this Supplementary Prospectus. This Supplementary Prospectus will prevail to the extent of any inconsistency with the Prospectus. This Supplementary Prospectus will be issued with the Prospectus as an electronic prospectus and may be accessed on the Company's website at www.ebx.com.au. You should seek professional advice if you do not understand the contents of this Supplementary Prospectus. 2 AMENDMENTS TO THE PROSPECTUS The Prospectus is amended by replacing Section 16 'Prices and Maturities' with Annexure A of this Supplementary Prospectus. All other details in the relation to the terms of the Endowment Bonds under the Prospectus remain unchanged. 3 APPLICATIONS The Directors of the Company are of the view that the changes set out in this Supplementary Prospectus are not materially adverse from the point of view of an investor who has been issued Endowment Bonds prior to the date of this Supplementary Prospectus. Accordingly, no action needs to be taken if you have already subscribed for Endowment Bonds under the Prospectus.
