If an auction is not end on Friday at 18:00, it will continue on Monday at 09:00. GRTgaz auctions firm and backhaul capacity first, and then interruptible if at least 98% of the firm capacity is sold. The auction of interruptible capacity products will start the next working day after the closure of the firm product, at 09:00, with the publication of the available capacity products from 07:00. The first round of this new auction will last 3 hours, the schedule of interruptible being the same as for firm. For the Oltingue exit point, as no firm capacity is available for the period 01/10/2014 to 30/09/2015, the auction of interruptible capacity will start on Monday March 03rd at 09:00 The price of the capacity products is set as follow: Starting price = Reserve Price = Regulated Price; Large Price Steps, as published on PRISMA (approx. 5% of the regulated tariff 2014); Small Price Steps, defined as 1/5th of the Large Price Step; The clearing price is the sum of the regulated price plus the premium amounting to an integer number of Large Price Steps and an integer number of Small Price Steps. In order to convert at MWh/j 0°C, the conversion factor is: The unit of prices displayed on PRISMA is ct€/kWh/h 25°C. The invoice from GRTgaz will take into account the regulated tariff (reserve price), and the price steps generated during the auction To convert from €/MWh/j 0°C to ct€/kWh/h 25°C, the conversion factor is: Reserve prices published on the platform are for information only. The regulated tariffs, applicable for the reserve price, are those defined in the tariffs table of the gas deliberation of January 29th 2014 for the period 01/04/2014 to 31/03/2015. The regulated tariffs applicable beyond march 31st 2015 will be set by future deliberations. Quaterly capacities auctions will occur on PRISMA at IP Obergailbach, Oltinge, Taisnière H and North South Link on Tuesday 3rd June 2014 at 09:00 with a publication on Monday 19th May 2014.
