In the first stage the Committee will evaluate the following qualifications:

university career (exams passed with relative grades and credits);
any publications;
any professional experience and other qualifications held by the candidate;
letters of reference to support the application from lecturers of the candidates' university
or from other universities or from individuals that are qualified to highlight the
distinctive traits of the candidate having played a part in the educational development of
the same;
• a research project written by the candidate, which does not constitute an obligation
regarding the candidates subsequent choice of PhD thesis.
Please note that the failure to provide even one of the following documents: certificate/self
certification of university career; research project; reference letters, will result in exclusion
from the competition.
