Subject: - EVM Training of the Polling Personnel-regarding.
NOTIFICATION
In order to impart necessary EVM Training to officers/officials of all the
Government Departments of the District whose services are required in connection with the
forthcoming Legislative Assembly Election-2014, a department- wise Training Schedule of
selected employees has been formulated at District Level as detailed here in below
All the District/ Sectoral Officers of the departments indicated in the training
schedule are hereby advised to direct the officers/officials who have been selected as
Presiding/Polling Officers to attend the training programme as per the schedule prescribed.
Action as warranted under Election rules shall be liable to be taken on the event of default if
any.

during training period.
7. Chief Education Officer Budgam with the directions that he will inform all the Zonal Education Officers
regarding aforesaid training schedule.
8. Tehsildar Khansahib with the directions that he will make necessary seating arrangements at Town Hall
Khansahib & provide full support to the Master Trainers till completion of EVM training & also obtain
attendance from all trainees.
9. District Information officer Budgam for wide Publicity through Electronic Media for information of all
Concerned.
10. Executive Officer Municipal Committee Budgam with the directions that he will provide full coordinate
with Master Trainers & obtain attendance from all trainees.
11. Principal DIET Beerwah with the directions that he will make available the training Halls & Projector
for EVM training during training period & also obtain the attendance from all trainees.

departments for information & compliance.
