TTHB Schools and Youth Awards 2014
Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago
The Trinidad and Tobago Hockey Board (TTHB) will host its 2014 Schools and Youth
Awards Function on Saturday 12th April, 2014 at 2:00 pm in the Indoor Facility of the
Eastern Regional Sports Complex, Tacarigua.

The Awards function will serve to highlight and celebrate the achievements of
outstanding primary and secondary school teams, youth teams and individuals involved
in the TTHB’s extended Youth Development Programme during the course of 2013 2014. The awards being presented on the day are for the Secondary Schools Indoor
(U15), the Secondary Schools Indoor (U20), the Primary Schools Zonal, the Secondary
Schools Minor League, the Secondary Schools Major League and the recently
concluded Easter Youth Invitational Tournament.
Special prizes will also be awarded for the top five male and female School Players of
the year, the top male and female Schools Players of the year and the Schools Fair Play
Award. There will also be an address by Mr. Tobias Ottley, Executive Manager of the
Elite Development and Performance Unit of the Sport Company of Trinidad and Tobago.
The feature address of the event will be made by former National Hockey Player and
Trinidad and Tobago Olympian in the sport of Shooting, Mr. Roger Daniel. The sponsors
of this event are the Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs, the Sport Company of Trinidad
and Tobago, Subway, Guardian Group Limited, Beacon Insurance, Blue Waters Limited,
Agostini’s Limited.
