Porcelain is the raw material, to which old and new manufacturing technologies attribute unique technical and aesthetic features. Mechanical resistance and hardness of the ceramic body, both obtained by a high firing temperature of 1260° C, coexist with the chromatic effects of the glazed surfaces. FOS uses non-poisonous glazes especially produced by itself only. The precious metals gold, platinum and silver are applied by hand on the glazed surface where they are fixed by meticulous firing process. All articles produced are engraved with trademark FOS and Made in Italy. CROMATIC EFFECTS The glazes range is: white, black, green, orange, red, cobalt violet. Platinum and gold are available in shiny or matt. GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS Following general sales conditions govern all sales except for previous written agreements among the buyer and FOS ceramiche. 1) Minimum order: 1000 Euro. The prices have to be intended ex factory. 3) Delivery: within 30 days from receiving of the payment. We will not accept claims or changes for delivery delays or partial or total suspension of the deliveries. 4) Shipments: goods are delivered in standard packing. Special packaging (wood boxes) and custom duty are excluded. Every different quotation has to be previously accepted and written confirmed by FOS ceramiche. 5) Transports: Carriage forward: the goods travel at the buyer’s own risk. The buyer has to check number of parcels and packing conditions on delivery. Claims for loss or breakages have to be made to the forwarding or shipping agent being him the only responsible. Carriage paid: the buyer has to check number of parcels and packing conditions on delivery and sign the transport document with “reserve”. Claims for eventually damages have to faxed within 48 hours of delivery. 6) Claims: we don’t accept claims regarding slight differentes, as this is characteristic of the handmade goods. 7) Payments: in advance by Bank Transfer. 8) This price list cancels all previous quotations and can be changed without notice. 9) Law court: for every claim disputes the law court will be the Ravenna one.
