Vertical Agitator GFL
It is a vertical agitator actuated for geared motor to
low rotation velocity that let us install agitation components with a big spade surface getting a high work
performance.
The vertical agitator GFL has a large application:
In the foodstuff sector: the manufacture of milk deserts, production of cream for liquors, juices, creams,
etc.
In the chemical sector: homogenisation applications

The GFLE model let us to install several sealing off
systems according to the application.
• Sealing off systems to low pressure by means of
shaft seal or packing.

mixture. The AXIAL impellers mainly produce a
radial flow and the scraping off bottom stop the
precipitate.

AGITATION AND MIXTURE
Lateral Agitator
The lateral LMD and LMRE agitators are very indicated for the maintenance and mixture of products
in medium and big volume tanks. They are installed
in the low part of the tank with a stoop angle and a
distance to the bottom part depending on the deposit
shape and dimensions.
The LMD and LMRE have at their disposal two systems of sealing off in the shaft. For the inside part,
where the shaft is in contact with the product, it has
installed a mechanical seal, and for the outside part
packing.

The EMTB mixers solid/liquid produce homogeneous
mixtures of powder and granular product with the
base liquid.

The FL--PT pump is suitable for working with
liquid products (wine, milk, oil, fruit juices),
with semi-solid products (whole, stomped or
crushed grapes, tomatoes, fruit salad) or with
other products for industry (sludge, lime slurry,
carbonates...)

120 ºC for a short time for the cleaning
Typical application:
- protection for set of faucets sight
- Very resistant to the breakage and tenacious to the impact
- Good transparent to the light
- Resistant to mineral acidic, a lot of organic acidic,
oxidizers and reducers, neutral and acidic salt
solutions, a lot of fatties, waxs and oils.
Application limits:
- Not very resistant to the scratches
- Not very resistant to alcoholic or with water
alkaline bleach, ammonia or its dissolution.
- It inflates with benzene, chlorine benzene, tetralin,
acetone, ethyl acetate, acetonitrile and tetracarbons
- It is not thought for components that they are in contact with the product.
