GHS Employee Rates
Membership Definitions for Greenville Life Center:
• Individual – one adult member and dependent children eight weeks through age 13.
•
Family II – two adult members living in the same household and dependent children eight weeks through
age 13.
•
Family Plus – two adults (ages 18+) living in the same household, or any two adults with children up to the
age of 24. Any additional adults will be charged an extra $10 per month. Proof of residency required.
