28th, 2014 at 6:00 pm after which time entries cannot be accepted, canceled,
altered or substituted. Changes, additions or corrections to entry forms must be
received in writing prior to close of entries. Those received by telephone are not
acceptable.

DRAWING OF ENTRIES FOR TD & TDX TEST: A drawing will be held at
6:00pm, Friday, November 28th, 2014 at the home of Susie Long, Test Secy.,
105 Hampton Dr., Smithville MO 64089, to fill entry limits. The drawing shall be
completely random among all entries received. When the entries have been drawn,
all remaining entries shall be assigned to a position on an Alternate List
corresponding to the order in which they were drawn. The test secretary will notify
all entrants of the results by phone or via E-mail. Upon notification, alternates shall
have the option of accepting or refusing the opportunity to participate in the Test. In
the event an accepted entry is absent on the day of the Test, the first alternate entry
present according to the order in which they were drawn, as set forth in the preceding
paragraph, shall assume the vacant position.
DIRECTIONS TO THE TEST SITE:
Hwy 169 north to Smithville. At the stoplight turn right (east) on Hwy 92. Turn left
(north) on Hwy DD approximately 2 miles to The Litton Center on the right. Meet in
the parking lot.
DIRECTIONS TO EMERGENCY ANIMAL CLINIC
From the test site (approximately 30 min. drive time), take Hwy DD back to Hwy 92
(west) to Hwy 169 south. Take Hwy 169 to Barry Road exit. Turn left onto Barry
Road about 1 mile to North Oak Trafficway. Turn left about 0.3 mi. to clinic-8141 N.
Oak Trfwy. Phone: 816-454-5100. Clinic is open from noon on Saturday until 8 am
on Monday.

OPEN TO ALL BREEDS WITH PREFERENCE GIVEN TO GERMAN
SHEPHERD DOGS FIRST IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 1, SECTION 12,
OPTION 2 OF THE TRACKING REGULATIONS.
Drawing for running order: Track order will be drawn by lot at 8:15am
for TD and at 10:15am for TDX exhibitors on the day of the Test at
the Litton Center. Entrants & alternates must be present at this drawing
to guarantee their position in the test. The first TD track will be run at
8:30am and the first TDX will run at 10:30am.
Permission has been granted by the American Kennel Club for holding of this
event under the American Kennel Club Rules.

CERTIFICATION: With each entry form for a licensed or member
Tracking Test for a dog that has not passed an AKC Tracking Test,
there must be filed an original written statement, dated within 12
months of the date of the Tracking Test, signed by a person who has
been approved by the American Kennel Club to judge Tracking Tests,
certifying that the dog is considered by him/her to be ready for such a
test.
BITCHES IN SEASON: Tracking Regulation Chapter 2 Section 8.
Bitches in season may participate. The Test Secretary and Judges are
to be notified prior to the drawing for running order that a bitch(es) is
in season. The last track(s) to be laid shall be reserved for the bitch(es)
in season. If there is more than one bitch in season, a second draw for
these bitches will be held.
RETURNED CHECKS do not constitute a valid entry fee. The Trial
Secretary will add a $25.00 fee to the amount of each returned check.
ARBITRATION: The GSDCGKC does not agree to arbitrate
claims as set forth on the back of the official AKC entry form for
this event.
ENTRIES: Entries will not be accepted without fees. Faxed,
telegraphed, telephone, and unsigned entries cannot be accepted.
Entries not on an Official AKC form and photocopies of entry forms
without the Agreement and Rules on the reverse side of the Official
AKC entry form are not acceptable. No entry shall be made and no
entry shall be accepted which specifies any condition as its acceptance.
No refund for duplicate entries or errors on entry blanks. Owners are
responsible for errors in making out entry forms and no entry fee will
be refunded in the event of such errors or cancellation of entries after
the published closing date.

(Variety) if you are entering a dog of a breed in which there are varieties for show purposes, please
designate the particular variety your are entering, i.e., Cocker Spaniel (sold color black, ASCOB, particolor), Beagles (not exceeding 13 in. over 13in. but not exceeding 15 in.), Dachshunds (longhaired,
smooth, wirehaired), Collies (rough, smooth), Bull Terriers (colored, white), Manchester Terriers (standard,
toy), Chihuahuas (smooth coat, long coat), English Toy Spaniels (King Charles and Ruby, Blenheim and
Prince Charles), Poodles (toy, miniature, standard).
The following categories of dogs may be entered and shown in Best of Breed competition: Dogs that are
Champions of Record and dogs which, according to their owners’ records, have completed the
requirements for a championship, but whose championships are unconfirmed. the showing of unconfirmed
Champions in Best of Breed competition is limited to a period of 90 days from the date of the show where
the dog completed the requirements for a championship.
(Dog Show Class) Consult the classification in the premium list. If the dog class in which your are entering
your dog is divided, then, in addition to designating the class, specify the particular division of the class in
which your entering your dog, i.e., age division, color division, weight division.
A dog must be entered in the name of the person who actually owned it at he time entries for a show closed.
If a registered dog has been acquired by a new owner it must be entered in the name of its new owner if any
show for which entries closed after the date of acquirement, regardless of whether the new owner has
received the registration certificate indicating that the dog is recorded in his name. State on entry form
whether transfer application has been mailed to A.K.C. (For complete rule refer to Chapter 14, Section 3.)
