Ocean liner carrier Isabella Shipping has merged its U.S. East Coast and U.S. Gulf Service.
In doing so, the newly named Isabella - U.S. Services has dropped its call to Cartagena, Colombia, and has added one reefer vessel to the
existing two, increasing the total rotation time from 14 days to 21 days round (weekly frequency).
The newly added vessel, the Santa Lucia, will depart Philadelphia on Feb. 6. The new port rotation for the U.S. Services is Philadelphia,
Freeport (Texas), Turbo, Puerto Limon, Philadelphia.
There is 314 TEUs added in the service capacity, which accounts for 58 percent of the total capacity of the service.
