Training officer (PMC-­‐contract) Conducted (urea) process training for staff and operators, writing the process and operational manuals for start-­‐up and product and process optimisation. In-­‐house fertiliser training was done for about 10 customers. Conducted on-­‐site training in several fields of technology and chemistry eg PETRONAS Malaysia for the Dungun Natural Gas liquefaction plant. Process Simulator specialist Developed the first professional process simulator as training tool for Stamicarbon, connected to the Honeywell TDC 2000 via an RTP unit to the Agnes-­‐TuTSim plant simulation software on a LSI 11-­‐23 of Digital. Nowadays, modelling in Mobatech, ASPEN and Hysys. This process simulator was also used as a generic operator training tool for the VAPRO (steam-­‐ticket) certification and presently applied by Protomation BV. Advanced Process control urea plants (MUVAC) Implemented at various customers, so called Multi Variable Control systems, meaning advanced process control for the urea HP and LP synthesis sections. Extended this philosophy into the Granulation and Load-­‐
out dedusting sections, to improve the product quality. RoyalHaskoningDHV fertiliser exposure RHDHV supplied the FEED proposal together with Amec for a NH3-­‐Urea-­‐
NA-­‐AN-­‐UAN facility in N-­‐Dakota (USA), an EIA study for a greenfield Cambodian fertiliser facility and BOD for a Load-­‐out facility in Onne Port of Nigeria, Owners engineer for MOEP-­‐Israel fertiliser tender pre-­‐
qualification licensors & EPC, Baltic Urea Plant NH3-­‐Urea Storage & Loadout specialist in Ust Luga St.Petersburg, OE for Brunei Fertiliser jetty project.
