TERMS & CONDITIONS
1)
Successful bidders shall pay at fall of hammer 25% of the bid amount in shape of pay order or
Bank Draft in favour of CEO IESCO Islamabad as earnest money and balance within 14 full
working days from the date of issuance of acceptance letter.
2)
In the event of the failure of the highest bidder to complete payment within time specified, sales
relating to the material will be cancelled and earnest money shall stand forfeited. The buyers will
liable to remove the material within 21 days after completion of the sales process and issuance of
release order at their own cost.
3)
The offer will remain valid for acceptance for 120 days.
4)
Advance 17% General Sales Tax and 10 % income Tax or any other tax levied by Govt. during
contract of auction, the sale price will be payable at the time of full price of the lot.
5)
All rights for acceptance / rejection of offer in the auction reserved with the C.E.O IESCO
Islamabad.
6)
The material can be inspected at the above place on any working day before auction.
