ELBIT SYSTEMS LAND AND C4I Communications IRCS Field-proven Integrated Radio Communications System IRCS The Integrated Radio Communications System (IRCS) is an advanced communications system that enables direct communications between all levels of Homeland Security agencies – from high-ranking command down to individual units in the field. The scalability and high availability of the IRCS have proven the system as a reliable suite of voice, video and data services for HLS applications. The IRCS facilitates direct communications amongst a broad range of radios and communications devices including first responder and commercial radios, VHF, HF and multi-channel radios, LAN, WAN, PABX, satellite and cellular networks. The system accommodates a diverse range of call types – from simple person-to-person VoIP calls, to video chats, and fullscale multi-participant multi-network multi-hop conference. The versatile IRCS is ideal for use in multi-agency HLS operations. IRCS Seamless communication With IRCS, all messages, voice, video, e-mail and other data communications are automatically routed through the optimal communications rout. In order to establish a connection, all that is required is to key the requested station or enter its subscriber ID. The IRCS’s small footprint iTalk app provides intuitive access to all VoIP and RoIP functionality. Its iTalk app for smartphones transforms any smartphone into an operational radio (PTT or PTV) by connecting each device to the requested network.
