The proposed development provides a regeneration of the current Market Parade area in the Heart of Havant Town Centre. The scheme
provides 136x 1 and 2 Bed New Residential Apartments along with New Retail units at Street level as stated in the design proposals set
out in the Havant Town Centre Urban Design Framework.
