A Report On 4th IEEE International Advance Computing Conference (IACC-2014) The Department of Computer Science & Engineering, ITM University, Gurgaon, India successfully conducted 4th IEEE International Advance Computing Conference (IACC2014), at ITMU campus, Gurgaon, India on February 21-22, 2014. The conference was sponsored by IEEE Computer Society, India Council and IEEE Student Branch, ITM University, Gurgaon. These organizations extended their full support to make this International event highly successful. The conference received an overwhelming response from academicians and researchers from almost all renowned Institutions of India and abroad. A total of 1099 research papers were received in the conference. After critical review by International and National reviewers, only 24% of the papers i.e., 259 were registred. The conference received papers from 16 countries including India, Australia, Ireland Bangladesh, China, Denmark, Iran, Japan, Jordan, Korea, Malaysia, Myanmar, Pakistan, North Korea, South Korea, Sri Lanka, USA, In total, 30 papers were received from foreign countries, out of which 20 papers were finally accepted. The conference has also received technical papers from several reputed Indian R&D organizations and Software Industries such as: DRDO, ISRO, TCS, CDAC and many more. He focused on e-Bharath 2020 is a vision of the future NeGP. He addressed the august gathering about the major reform and reengineering of government processes, systems and procedures using Lean and Six Sigma techniques with the provision of the proposed e-Governance Act 2012 for building large scale mobile cloud applications for appropriate m-governance services. Proceedings of the conference were provided to all the participants in CD format and the same will be published online in IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
