We are unable to understand 700001 motive behind and necessasity of issuing such order. All posts belong to these Cadres are Operationol Cadres and the directive of Govt. of abolishing post paying voccont for more than one year, is not applicoble to posts of these Cadres. At the same time we feel that when there are Ten Recognized Associations it will be in the interests of welfare that Associations are consulted before issuing any such order. Pl. take the reference ot Meeting of all Recognized Associations called by Principle Advisor and Member(F) on emergency basis on 24th March 2014 to appraise about funding problem with Govt. in Salary Head on a very short notice. All Associations attended the meeting in a short notice and expressed solidarity with Prasar Bharati in handlng the situation. lt would have been prudent to have discussion on this matter North also. New Delhi Through this letter we convey our resentment. We expect Prasar Bharati to discuss the matter with Associations and issue detailed corregendum with number of posts in each cadre as matter is very sensitive. We olso demand that Recruitment process to filtup the vaccant posts s'hould be initioted immediotely to save these posts from abolishment in future.
