and reconstruction of heat power plants. The group

construction of power facilities. The management of
the Business Division, managers and engineers are

It is a joint venture between SOYUZ Holding and the Finnish
company SWECO Industry Oy. CJSC “SWECO Soyuz Engineering”
specializes in feasibility studies, technical audit of projects, functions
of Owner’s engineer, Technical agent and Bank’s engineer. It provides
the whole range of engineering – consulting services, assuming
the functions of general designer in accordance with Western and
Russian standards.

“TEPLOELECTROPROJECT – SOYUZ” LLC
The company provides services of complex organization of
design of power engineering facilities. The main field of activities
of “TEPLOELECTROPROJECT – SOYUZ” is the development
of design and estimate documentation for the construction and
reconstruction of different types of power engineering facilities.
SH ENERGY TECHNOLOGIES s.r.o.
Design, purchase and sale of equipment, produced in the Czech
Republic and the EC countries for power plants, electric substations
and other power engineering facilities. The purchased equipment is
intended for different facilities, installed by Soyuz Holding companies
on the territory of Russia, the CIS countries and the European
Community.

CJSC “S.H. Energy Solution”
The company specializes in start-up and commissioning
during the construction of power generation facilities.
For its activities the company has efficient certified
personnel with years of experience in complex
commissioning work at the NPPs, HPP, TPP, turning
gear devices, electrical networks and industrial plants;
all the necessary normative-technical documentation,
equipment, office equipment. Holding SOYUZ also has
the appropriate licenses.
LLP JV “Soyuzcomplekt”
The company specializes in turnkey construction of
facilities in the power and the oil & gas industries. The
company offers complex solution of problems, aimed
at development, renovation, implementation of modern
technologies, technological process refinement of
industrial enterprises.

The activities of the company include designing,
construction and erection works, warranty and postwarranty servicing of facilities of the power infrastructure

• The blast-furnace gas recovery
power plant consists of three power

turbogenerator, 1 steam boiler. Blastfurnace gas recovery in volume up to 360
thousand cubic meters per hour.

(in condensing mode).
The project has received a reward of the
European Bank for Reconstruction and
Development. The power plant increases
energy independence of the steel mill from
external power sources, simultaneously
solving the problem of blast-furnace gas
recovery in volume up to 360 thousand cubic
meters per hour. The use of blast-furnace gas
for electric and heat power generation allows
the mill to save more than 260 thousand tons
of standard fuel per year.

The project of construction of the CHP is
performed in accordance with clause 130 of
the Program of construction of Olympic facilities
and development of Sochi city as a mountain
climate resort, approved by the Government
of RF, and within the framework of the strategy
of the OJSC “Gazprom” in the power industry,

country, creation of an energy-efficient and
