Terms of payment: strictly 30 days from date of training provider’s invoice;
No booking will be confirmed prior to training fees or purchase order having been received;
Purchase orders and training fees to be received SEVEN (7) days prior to commencement of training;
The training provider reserves the right to refuse entry to any learner in the event of non-payment;
Statements of Results and Certificates of Competence will only be issued if training fees have been paid.
CANCELLATION:
All cancellations to be made in writing, clearly stating reason for cancellation or postponement;
Fees will be forfeited if booking is cancelled/postponed less than FIVE (5) working days prior to training;
If training provider cancels the course, full refund will be given if course cancelled less than FIVE (5) working days prior to commencement of training;
If a valid reason is given for cancellation/postponement of training, a Credit Note will be issued clearly stating for what training the refund will be utilized in future
(valid for SIX (6) months from original invoice. Any price difference to be paid in by client - where applicable.. No monies will be carried over to a new year;
In the event of “in house” training, it is the client’s responsibility to furnish the training provider with final number of delegates at least 10 working days prior to training.
In case of P/O, final numbers to be indicated;
Provider will not be held accountable for any person(s) booked and not attending the training.
