NB:
1. *All officers and staff shall report at the Member's Reading Hall No. G-062 PLB to the
Officer-in-Charge on duty. One Officer/Assistant and one Attendant out of the persons
drafted for duty shall be deputed to Member's Reference Desk, PH by the Officer on duty.
Remaining Officers/staff shall jointly take care of Members' Reading Hall, PLB, Acts & Bills
Section and Debates & Gazettes Unit as per directions of the Duty Officer.
2. All Officers and staff have been drafted for additional duty from 0900 hours to 1000 hrs. and
1745hrs. to 1900hrs. or till half-an-hour after adjournment of the Houses on all working days.
Persons deployed on Saturdays/Sundays/Holiday will attend to duties form 1000 hrs. to 1400
hrs. However, they shall have to assess demands before leaving the office and stay beyond
1400 hrs. till urgent demands/items of work in hand are completed. JLA/SLA/RAs drafted
for duty on Sundays at the Members Assistance Counter, PLB shall take care of the Members
Reference Desk, Parliament House also.
3. No leave or restricted holidays shall ordinarily be sanctioned to the officers and members of
staff on duty during the period shown above. In case of any change of duty, due to
unavoidable circumstances, prior approval/intimation by the officer-in-charge of concerned
section form Joint Director (A & P) shall be obtained.
