I initiated a motor vehicle stop and identified the operator as Johnny Shirinian and a passenger as Christopher Gignac. Through checks I found Christopher to have an active 6th District Court Bench Warrant for FTA ATP. He was subsequently placed into custody without incident. Johnny was allowed to leave the scene with a verbal warning for not wearing a seat belt. Christopher was transported to the station where he was booked, processed, and secured in a cell.
