KBJ is double-blind peer review, open access research journal included in International Serial
Directories Indexed and listed at: Ulrich’s Periodicals Directory, RePEC, DOAJ, Directory of Open
Access Journal (DOAJ), ProQuest Information and Learning, Open J-Gage, New Jour and WorldCat.
KBJ is published bi-annually under the aegis of Khadim Ali Shah Bukhari Institute of Technology
(KASBIT). KBJ encourages the researchers to promote quality education and research at National and
International level.
Scope
KBJ publishes theoretical and empirical articles and reports dealing with national and international
issues in the following areas:

 Banking and Finance
 Marketing
 Strategic Management
 Organization Theory
 Organizational Behavior
 Business Studies
 Education
 Human Resource Management
 Operations and Supply Chain Management
Submission and Selection
All submitted papers are acknowledged and reviewed as quickly as possible. Editor reviews and
scrutinizes all submitted papers in the first phase and then in the second phase all papers are forwarded
for double-blind peer review to experts of the desired field if the submitted paper meets the desired
standards of publication.
Authors may contact the Editors of KBJ at any time to inquire about the status of their submitted
papers. Submission of an article implies that the submitted research paper has not been published
elsewhere previously (except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture or an academic
thesis) nor under consideration for publication elsewhere. Furthermore, its publication is approved by
all authors and tacitly or explicitly by the responsible authorities where the work was carried out; and,
if accepted, it will not be published elsewhere in the same form, in English or in any other language,
without the written consent of the KBJ Editors. The Editors reserve the right to modify or alter all
contributions.
