DEAR PLMA-VISITOR
For the 7th year in a row you will find a Swedish pavilion at the
PLMA Trade Fair in Amsterdam.
The Swedish pavilion has grown in number of exhibitors for
every year. This year we are proud to present 13 Swedish
suppliers offering a wide range of products, such as Coffee,
Nuts/seeds/grains, Healthy foods/ice cream/cold pressed
oils and margarine, Flat bread, Frozen berries and vegetables, Muesli/oat flakes, Pet food, Cold pressed juices, Biscuits
and cakes, Potato/vegetable chips, Sauces/jams/stocks and
drinks, Fish/seafood and Mayonnaise/dressings/seafood
salads and fresh sauces.

our culture. It is an invitation to try
our natural ingredients, tasty dishes,

Stretching 1,500 km from north to south, Sweden is
one of Europe’s largest and most naturally beautiful
countries. Our forests, farmland, meadows, mountain
expanses and 2,400 km long coastline are a natural
larder of prime, pure produce for the country’s food,
drink and regional cuisine.
The cool climate and short, intense growing season

Albina Snacks AB was founded in 1997 as a privately owned
wholesaler which focuses on basic groceries mainly targeting ethnic consumers. At that time, the company was named
Albina Food. Today, we are proud to have achieved our vision
of being the first ‘dry roasting’ company in Scandinavia to
offer wholesalers as well as retailer freshly produced packs of
nuts, seeds and grains from all over the world.
From day one, we have strived continuously for new and
innovative ways to best match the needs of our customers,

Bofood AB has genuine expertise in how to develop, produce
and distribute climate-smart, healthy food products like icecream and food oils. Bofood AB aims to become a valued
supplier with a selection of soya- and rapeseed oil based
products to consumers making smart choices.
Soya beans are rich in valuable proteins that replace the milk
proteins. The Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) has approved soya protein as an official cholesterol lowering food,
along with other heart and health benefits like reduced risk of
heart disease.
Rapeseed oil “The olive oil of the Nordic” has proven fat composition that is better than olive oil and contains vegetable
omega-3. The FDA has approved that producers are allowed
to write that “rapeseed oil is good for the heart” on the package.

traditional Swedish flat bread. It is a family owned company
