Respected Sir/Madam,
I am glad to inform you that KIIT University, Bhubaneswar is Organizing the All India Inter
Zonal University Kabaddi ( Women) Tournament for the 2014-15 will be conducted at its Kabaddi
Court, Campus-15 from 26th to 30th December 2014.
On behalf of Dr A.Samanta, our Hon’ble Founder and the Organizing Committee, I extend a warm
welcome to all the participating teams.
1. KIIT University is in the heart of the capital city Bhubaneswar. The City of temples Bhubaneswar is well
connected with Flight, Train & Bus Services from all parts of India. Bhubaneswar Railway Station is about 13
Km far from University Campus.
2. The University will provide transportation from Railway Station to KIIT University Campus, if detail
information regarding arrival at Bhubaneswar will be provided to us well in time .
3. The Team will be provided accommodation at the Hostels in the University Campus. The teams are requested
to bring their own warm clothes and lock. Accommodation will be provided one day before the start of the
Tournament.
4. Organizing Secretary reserve the right to make changes of the venue, time and date of matches.
5. All matches will be played in accordance with rules of Kabaddi Federation of India (KFI) rules as adopted by
AIU, New Delhi.
6.Players are required to bring their Identity card of the Current session, duly signed by the Competent
Authority .Umpiring/Officiating charges shall be Rs 700/-(Rupees Seven hundred only) per match.
7. Caution deposit of Rs 1000/- has to pay by the team manager to the accommodation in charge and the same
will be refunded after adjustment of cost of damages, if any.

8.In case of misbehavior of any kind, KIIT authorities reserves the right to take any punitive action, even to the
extent of confiscating the security deposit, cancelling the participation of the concerned University, escorting
them off the campus and sending a report of the misconduct to the Head of the concerned University, copy to
AIU.
9. The meeting of all the managers will be conducted on 25.12.14 at 10.am in the office of the under signed at
the Indoor Stadium of the University at Kathajodi Campus.
10. Participating team must bring their University Flag, and will have to participate in the March Past at the
time of Opening Ceremony Scheduled to be held on 26.12.14.
11. Kindly ensure that your University has paid the Annual Subscription fees for the year 2014-15.
