The BeOn (Sampling Online) system is used by suppliers for the provision of standardised initial sample test reports according to VDA and for
communication and coordination with the VW Group. Initial sample test reports on supply parts and assemblies are entered, processed and
released via the group business platform-portal.

Process know-how in sampling and IMDS/MISS allocation.
► BeOn General:
Principles of sampling, sampling documents, process status.
Goals
After completing the course, participants will have acquired a broad
understanding of BeOn and its modules from the supplier‘s
perspective.
► Sampling process
► ISIR (initial sample test report)
► IMDS/MISS (material datasheet)
► Test results and documents
► Further processing in the Group
► BeOn ISIR:
Creating an initial sample test report;
entry of relevant information.
► BeOn IMDS/MISS:
The interaction between the group-systems BeOn and MISS.
► BeOn test results and documents:
Entering test results for single parts and assemblies and adding
the right test-order-related documents.
► BeOn further processing in the Group:
Viewing results reports and using the supplemental systems
LION and LDB.
