LUC CHALSEGE
Short biography
Luc Chalsège joined Deloitte in 2001 and is currently leading the Public Policy and
Evaluation services. He has managed projects mainly for the European Commission, but
also for the European Parliament, the Walloon Region, the Brussels Capital Region and
the Federal Governments. Luc is involved in the strategy, development and evaluation of
public policies, optimisation of organisation and processes, scorecards and public
management in general. Luc has also managed projects for private clients. In previous
positions, Luc has developed his knowledge in strategy, management, marketing and
communication. Luc is fluent in three languages.
