Dimanche 23 Novembre jusqu’à 12h00 Accès De 18h à 20h, seuls les véhicules légers stationnés sur les parkings pourront accéder au hall et démonter le matériel. L’accès des poids lourds aux alentours du hall sera possible dès 20h. Avant cet horaire les camions seront placés en zone de rétention sur le parking P7. Gestion des déchets Votre emplacement devra être restitué dans son état initial, débarrassé de tout matériel, structure de stands revêtement de sol, adhésif et autres déchets. La remise en état de votre emplacement est sous votre entière responsabilité. Dans le cas où vous ne prendriez pas en charge l’évacuation de vos déchets stand, vous avez l’obligation de commander au service exposant, situé « Place des Lumières », une prestation d’enlèvement des déchets. Pour tout déchet, structure de stand, revêtement de sol, adhésifs laissé sur l’emplacement loué, la remise en état sera facturée à l’exposant ou l’installateur en fonction du volume à traiter et du temps passé à le traiter.
