Kindly arrange the LN2 on the due date (Due Date tentative for taking the supply in our tankers). So
that further supply may be taken as per schedule. Generally, supply of LN2 is being done by you at high
pressure. It may cause high evaporation losses during transfer of LN2 from one container to another container.
Please maintained the differential pressure as per LN2 tender norms.
NOTE:1. The concerned DD LSDs are requested to make necessary arrangement of staff, hosepipes, LN Jars/tankers
etc. to receive the LN supply even during odd hours and holidays. Concerned Dy. Dir. AHD will mention
differential pressure in the bill.
2. As per need DD LSD Jaipur may send the LN Tanker 10000 lit. & on one/two days before or after the
scheduled date for getting the Ex-Factory supply.
3. The LN should be received positively on holidays and during odd hours also to avoid unnecessary LN
evaporation.

Note:- * Please arrange to supply the LN in the premises of Animal Husbandry Deptt., wherever
mentioned.
* Arrange to make the supplies on due dates and in the required quantities during the
office hours, preferably by 12 o’clock of due date.
* Please send the decanting devices, hose pipes in good condition and send 2 extra pipes
during each supply. The differential pressure while distribution shall be maintained as
per the consent of the concerned indenting officer. High differential pressure may cause
high evaporation losses during the supply of LN2.
