Product Description
D-A GearTecTM MGO-Plus is a premium emulsifiable, industrial, extreme pressure fluid. Designed with
specialized additives, GearTecTM MGO-Plus provides protection to industrial gear systems operating in
extremely wet environments. The specialized emulsifiers are very shear stable and effective in emulsifying
up to 40% water. Along with the emusifier package, it contains a balance of extreme pressure and anti-wear
additives. Oxidation, corrosion, rust and foam inhibitors are also blended into the final product. The high
film strength and load carrying capacity provide gear teeth protection from wear, all types of surface stress
and premature failure.
D-A GearTecTM MGO-Plus is well suited for use in enclosed gear systems operating under heavy shock
loading. It also supports the performance requirements for the lubrication of crawler drives and cutter head
gears of continuous mining machines; in plain and anti-friction bearing, chassis
drives/slides, spur, herringbone, bevel and worm gears in mill, mining
