Rohacell®
ROHACELL® ist ein geschlossenzelliger PMI-Hartschaumstoff mit einem sehr grossen Anwendungsspektrum und wird verwendet für den Konstruktionsleichtbau als
Stützstoff für Sandwichbauteile, als Kernmaterial für Tragflächenschalen, Skis, Holme,
Eisenbahnwagen, für den Architekturmodellbau, Flugzeugbau und vieles mehr. Das
meistverwendete Rohacell 51 hat ein Raumgewicht von 51 kg/m3.
ROHACELL® est une mousse dure alvéolaire de PMI à très large spectre d’applications. Ce matériel est utilisé dans la construction des fabrications légères, telles
que les âmes dans les constructions en sandwich, les noyaux des coques des ailes
creuses, les wagons de chemins de fer, dans la construction des maquettes d’architecture, l’aéro-nautique et dans beaucoup d’autres domaines. Le Rohacell 51 est le
plus utilisé; poids volumique 51kg/m3.
ROHACELL® is a closed cell PMI hard foam with a very large application range and is
used in lightweight construction as a supportive material for sandwich components,
as a core material for wings, skis, arbors, rail cars, for scale models, aircraft construction and lots more. The mostly used Rohacell 51 has a volume weight of 51 kg/m3.
ROHACELL® IG steht für "Industrial Klasse" Es ist die Standard-Qualität mit etwas gröberer Schaumstruktur als IG-F.
(Die Farbmarkierung von IG-51 ist grün/schwarz und die von IGF-51 ist grün/gelb!)
ROHACELL® IG signifie «classe industrielle» C›est la qualité standard avec structure en mousse un peu plus grossière

Handhabung:
Feuchtigkeitsempfindlich. Die Aufbewahrung muss über dem Gefrierpunkt und unter
100 º F / 39 º C erfolgen. Nicht verdünnen!
Eigenschaften
Schnelle Aushärtung, keine Versiegelung erforderlich, ergibt eine hoch belastbare
Beschichtung. Ideal für SMC / RTM / Closed Molding, für Polyester, Vinylester, Epoxy
und auch für Natur- und synthetischen Kautschuk so wie für viele Polyurethanschäume
+ Elastomere.
Verlängert auch die Lebensdauer von RTV-Silikon-Formen.

Wacker Silicones stellt auf der Composites Europe einen innovativen Siliconkautschuk vor, mit dem sich Vakuumhauben für große Formteile einfach herstellen lassen. Die Produktneuheit erweitert das Einsatzgebiet des bereits bewährten Siliconkautschuks Elastosil C150 auf nahezu alle denkbaren Anwendungen und erschließt
damit Composite-Herstellern zahlreiche neue Möglichkeiten.
Ein Meilenstein in der Optimierung der Composite-Herstellung war die Einführung
wiederverwendbarer Vakuumhauben. Mit ihrer Hilfe ist es möglich, Verbundteile
erheblich einfacher, kostengünstiger und schneller in Serie herzustellen als es mit
Hilfe der herkömmlichen Folientechnologie bisher möglich war. Dieses innovative
Verfahren basiert auf Elastosil C150: Der platinvernetzende Zwei-KomponentenSiliconkautschuk weist eine niedrige Viskosität auf und vulkanisiert schrumpffrei innerhalb weniger Minuten bei Raumtemperatur. Wegen der kurzen Topfzeit war die Anwendung von Elastosil C150 jedoch bisher auf Formteile mit einer Maxi- malgröße
von ein bis zwei Quadratmetern begrenzt.
Für die Herstellung größerer Formteile präsentiert Wacker Silicones eine wichtige Weiterentwicklung der bewährten Technologie. Mit Elastosil C1200 lassen sich Formteile in nahezu allen denkbaren Dimensionierungen in Serie herstellen. Mit Elastosil
C1200 lassen sich maßgeschneiderte Vakuumhauben unter anderem auch für Anwendungen im Bootsbau, im Automobilrennsport oder für Windkraftanlagen herstellen. Die hohe Wirtschaftlichkeit des Verfahrens ermöglicht signifikante Kosteneinsparungen.

für die Weiterverarbeitung verstärkt
