The MIM Work Based Diploma in Management Programme is an integrated programme focusing on
learning that was gained from past work experience and the development of new learning in the form of
work based projects focusing on the learner’s current work role.
The programme enables motivated Managers, Supervisors and Team Leaders with the skills and tools
to effectively and efficiently manage the day-to-day running of the business whilst assisting the
business to achieve its strategic objectives. This holistic integrated management model adopted by the
MIM Work Based Diploma in Management Programme ensures the enhancement of the competencies
of the managers to build organisational capability.

HRDF SCHEME
This programme falls under the HRDF
claimable scheme. Employers can submit their

The programme has 4 core sets of contents:
Personal Management – being competent and proficient in managing self and performing the job,

Change of programme fees
MIM reserves the right to alter the programme
fees advertised without prior notification.
However, MIM will not demand for the increase in

been fully paid. If the programme fee is not paid
at the time of the fee increase, the participant will
