His strong background in commercial and residential land development projects as well as parks and public works is a valuable asset for Fuscoe’s Inland Empire clients and staff. Fred has developed close personal working relationships with clients for project development from concept through construction. He has provided services for significant firms such as MBK Homes, Lennar Homes and Riverside Housing (non-profit) and public agencies such as the City of Chino and City and County of Riverside. Known for his precise and methodical approach, Fred is particularly adept at site analysis, project management and water quality and drainage design. He is also well versed in leading project design teams in devising creative project strategies, as well as entitlement processing, cost estimating and permit processing. Fred’s commercial and residential work with previous firms included such projects as Murrieta Oaks in Murrieta; Crowne Hill in Temecula; and Somervale in Riverside. His parks and public works projects include Ralph Welch Park for City of Pomona; Bill Martin Park for City of Fontana, Oak Glen Park for City of Yucaipa; and Main Street Redevelopment for City of Riverside. Fred’s other significant projects include L.A. Fitness in Riverside County; Morningside in the city of Imperial; and National Archives & Records Administration Facility in Perris.
