MNA housing instruction MNA housing kit (C9826140): The MNA housing consists of 2 parts: • Support (K6004771) with grounding cable (K3494807) • Cover (K6004781) K5903086-01 1 Inside the housing, you’ll find: • Optical cable (B612068) • Screws (type D7985 M3x6 STZN, V362121, 4 pieces) • Carrier straps (V348000, 4 pieces) • Rubber pads (B362997, 4 pieces) 2 K5903086-01 How to mount an MNA into the housing 1 Remove the cover from the support by loosening the 2 screws at each side and lifting it. Below, the screws are indicated green (there are 4 in total). 2 Remove the 4 rubber pads (indicated in red) from the adapter. K5903086-01 3 3 Turn the adapter back up. Put it onto the support as illustrated below, make sure the connectors are locacted to the front. Remove the fixation bridge (red). 4 Fix the adapter to the support with 4 screws (V362121) from the bottom side. The screws are indicated in red in step 1. 4 K5903086-01 5 Slide the external power supply into the fixation and connect it to the adapter as shown in the picture below. Mind the long cables. K5903086-01 5 6 Connect all other cables to the adapter as shown below. Mind the long optical cable, carefully lay it as in the example. Make sure to put all cables through the front opening. You may fix the cables by means of carier straps. Connect the grounding cable (green/yellow) to the MNA grounding screw. 6 K5903086-01 7 Return the fixation bridge. Place the cover back onto the support and fix it with the 2 screws at each side. Below, the screws are indicated in green (there are 4 in total). 8 If you wish, you may add the 4 rubber pads at the bottom of the housing. They are indicated in red in the figure above.
