Last date for Submission of Internal Assessment Marks of
Winter - 2014 Examinations
The Software for submission of Internal Assessment marks will be available on
University website around 14th October, 2014. Final Internal Assessment (Soft copy
and Hard copy mark lists) are to be submitted to the University on or before
28th October, 2014. Internal Assessment marks of Repeater students are to be
submitted in a separate format as specified by the University. It is mandatory for the
Colleges to submit Internal Assessment mark with signature of respective student, the
HOD and duly counter signed by the Dean of the college as prescribed under Ordinance
1/2002 (amended). No request for ‘change of marks’ is entertained once marks have
been submitted by the College. Liability of any clerical error shall rest with respective
College.
While Preparing Final Marks of Internal Assessment the rounding mechanism as
illustrated in following table should be applied from May/June – 2007 Examination as
per BOE resolution No. 07/2007 dated 08.01.2007.

Internal Assessment marks submitted after prescribed date shall attract penalty
charges. The colleges, who have submitted hard copy of Internal Assessment marks, but
have not submitted soft copy to the University, will also have to remit penalty charges.
Non-submission of penalty charges shall constrain to the University to with-held hallticket &/ mark-sheet of the students and the entire responsibility shall rest with the
respective College. No Internal Assessment marks will be accepted by the University
after commencement of Theory Examinations.
The Colleges are therefore required to submit Soft and Hard copy Internal
Assessment Marks to the University to avoid any inconvenience to the students.
