NATIONAL LEVEL STUDENT PAPER PRESENTATION
“EJIVE 2K7”
The inauguration of the National Level Student Paper Contest Started in a Pleasant
Atmosphere. Our Chairman Dr. P.Krishna Rao , Director M.V.Haranatha Babu, Principal Dr.
A.Kailasa Rao, Director (Admin) prof. K.Ananda Mohan, H.O.D of ECE , Dr.M.Gopala
Krishna, Judges Dr.Ch.Srinivasa Rao Vice Principal Sai Aditya Engineering College,
Pr. K.Sailaja, H.O.D of Godavari Institute Of Tech &Engg were invited on to the dias followed
by Vandemataram song by students of III / IV B.Tech followed by Lighting the Lamp. Both
judges addressed the gathering and in their Presidential remarks he emphasized the need for the
Organization of programs like Paper contests and they advised the students to actively participate
in such programs to update their knowledge and to know about the latest developments in
Electronics field .
SESSION- I
The paper Contest was organized in two sessions. The First Session was conducted from 10:15 A.M
to 1:00 P.M. Prof .Ch.Srinivasa Rao Vice Principal Sai Aditya Engineering and Ms Prof.
K.Sailaja, H.O.D of Godavari Institute Of Tech &Engg were the Judges for the entire program ,the
session was assisted by Ms.P.Devi of IV ECE.The first session started with the address by
Dr.Ch.Srinivasa Rao .In his brief address, and explained the rules and regulations to the participants

VALEDICTORY SESSION :
The Valedictory function started at 4: 00 P.M. , Director (Admin) prof. K.Ananda Mohan, H.O.D
of ECE, Dr.M.Gopala Krishna, Judges Prof .Ch.Srinivasa Rao Vice Principal Sai Aditya
Engineering College, Prof. K.Sailaja, H.O.D of Godavari Institute Of Tech &Engg were invited
on to the dias by Ms. Sandhya of IV B.Tech. Prof. K. Ananda Mohan and Dr. Dr.M.Gopala
Krishna addressed the gathering. Both the Judges in their addressing to the gathering explained how
to select a topic and how to present the paper in a better manner. They said all the papers presented
were equally good and they had a tough time in judging the papers. Then they announced the prizes.
Sri Prof.Ch.Srinivasa Rao gave the First, Second and Third Prizes. Prof. K.Sailaja gave
participation certificates

First Prize: An amount of Rs 2000/- and Mementos
Mr. P.Satish of IV/IV B.Tech ECE from JNTU (KAKINADA) presented paper on Proximity
Communication
Second Prize : An amount of Rs 1500/- and Mementos
Mr. P.Rama Krishna of III/IV B.Tech from Bapatla college of Engg presented paper on Intelligent
Sky scrapper Monitoring Sys based on GPS &Optical sensors .
Third Prize : An amount of Rs 1000/- and Mementos
Ms. Sk.khadar basha and Ms. B Sowmya of III/IV B.Tech from Vignan's Engg., Vadlamudi
presented paper on App. of Multiple AI Tech. for Aircraft
The Valedictory session concluded by presentation of Mementos to Judges by
Prof .Ch.SrinivasaRao and Prof. K.Sailaja. Ms.Sandhya of IV B.Tech ECE delivered the
Vote of thanks. Ms.Sandhya of IV B.Tech ECE did the Anchoring for the whole Session
