Forward Looking Statement
This presentation contains certain forward-looking information concerning the business of Ascot Resources Ltd. (the
"Corporation"). All statements, other than statements of historical fact, included herein including, without limitation;
statements about the exploration of the Premier Property and completion of the acquisition of the Premier Property, are
forward-looking statements. These forward-looking statements are based on the opinions of management at the date the
statements are made and are based on assumptions and subject to a variety of risks and uncertainties and other factors
that could cause actual events to differ materially from those projected in forward-looking statements. Important factors
that could cause actual results to differ materially from the Corporation's expectations include fluctuations in commodity
prices and currency exchange rates; uncertainties relating to interpretation of drill results and the geology, continuity and
grade of mineral deposits; the need for cooperation of government agencies and native groups in the exploration and
development of properties and the issuance of required permits; the need to obtain additional financing to explore and
develop properties and uncertainty as to the availability and terms of future financing; the possibility of delay in
exploration programs and uncertainty of meeting anticipated program milestones; uncertainty as to timely availability of
permits and other governmental approvals. The Corporation is under no obligation to update forward-looking statements
if circumstances or management's opinions should change, except as required by applicable securities laws. The reader
is cautioned not to place undue reliance on forward-looking statements.
Qualified Person:
The scientific and technical data for this presentation has been prepared by Graeme Evans P.Geo. for the Ascot
Resources properties. Graeme Evans P.Geo. acts as “qualified person” under National instrument 43-101 Standards of
Disclosures for Mineral Projects.

1/Dilworth/Premier•gold, silver , base metal epithermal property in northwestern BC near town of Stewart.
•Large property >105 square km’s includes old Premier Mine (2+MOzAu, 45+Moz Ag) and several active mining leases.
•Can earn 100% interest subject to royalties.
•Ascot has been working on the project for 7 years and has spent approximately $25 million to date.
•Have announced an updated NI-43-101 resource March 31, 2014 which only covers 20% of the Big Missouri-Martha Ellen-Dilworth
target area. 2014 Resource 2.830 Moz AuEq Indicated,1.804 Moz. AuEq Inferred.
•Plan for ~40,000 m’s of drilling in 2014 to expand all three resource areas and demonstrate underground potential at Premier.
•2/ Mt. Margaret•Copper ,gold, silver , molybdenum porphyry project near Mt. St. Helens Washington.
•Hold 100% interest subject to 1.5% NSR and federal royalty to be negotiated.
• Drilled 11 NQ DDH’s 2010 supports historic shallow historic Duval Resource 523Mt-0.56% CuEq.*
•Have received prospecting permits on adjacent ground.
•Plan to drill 63 additional holes (~34,000m’s) in 2014 to outline an initial 43-101 compliant Resource.
•3/ Swamp Point•Sand and gravel deposit on the Portland Canal in northwest near Stewart BC an inferred resource of 66Mt.
•Owns 100% subject to two royalties.
•Hold mining license through 2021.
•Development put on hold after 2008 financial downturn but has received renewed interest with recent plans for LNG and oil plants at
Kitimat and Prince Rupert.
•Near term potential to sell or reactivate property.
*Mt. Margaret historical Geological Resources for the Mt. Margaret deposit are referenced in CIM Special Volume 37 as well as
several USGS and GSC databases. These historical resource estimates predate the implementation of National Instrument 43-101
("NI 43-101") guidelines and are not compliant with current accepted reserve and resource classifications as set forth by Canadian
Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, Aug 20, 2000 (CIM Guidelines).
*Swamp Point measured mineral resource from January 17, 2006 “Swamp Point Aggregate Project” 43-101 Compliant Technical
Report, Hatch,Golder, and Haines Technology. The mineral resource is a preliminary measured mineral resource and is within an
existing lease permitted to Ascot Resources.

The Premier Gold Mine is a historical producer of 2.1 million ounces of gold and 44.9 million
ounces of silver, until operations were suspended in 1996.
In 2014 Ascot plans an extensive $6.0 million surface and underground exploration
program, to expand the northern areas of Big Missouri-Martha Ellen and Dilworth target
areas as well demonstrate the underground potential at Premier. Undeveloped historic
resources remain at lower levels with many targets down dip.

1-Mineral Resources have an effective Date March 31, 2014; Ronald G. Simpson, P.Geo. is the Qualified Person responsible for the Mineral Resource estimates.
2-Mineral Resources are reported inside optimized pit shells using a gold equivalent grade of 0.3 g/t.
3-Tonnages are rounded to the nearest thousand tonnes; grades are rounded to two decimal places for Au and two for Ag. Rounding as required by reporting guidelines may
result in apparent summation differences between tonnes, grade and contained metal content.
Classified blocks have been constrained by a Lerch-Grossman optimized pit shell using a gold price of $1,400 per ounce and
a silver price of $24 per ounce. Cost Assumptions for pit optimization included processing + G & A at $10.00/t and mining at
$2.00/t. Assumed metal recovery factors were 92% for gold 65% for silver. Pit slope was set at 45°.

* Geological Resources for the Mt. Margaret deposit are referenced in CIM Special Volume 37 as well as several USGS and GSC databases.
These historical resource estimates predate the implementation of National Instrument 43-101 ("NI 43-101") guidelines and are not
compliant . The Mt. Margaret resource estimates are considered relevant as they have been calculated on the basis of 20,729 metres of
diamond drilling in 105 drill holes, However, Ascot has not completed the work necessary to have the historical estimate verified by a
Qualified Person as a current mineral resource or mineral reserve estimate. The Company is not treating the estimate as a current NI 43101 defined resource or reserve estimate and the historical estimate should not be relied upon. There is no current economic evaluation
that demonstrates the potential economic viability of the stated resources therefore none of the geological resources should be
considered "reserves" under current CIM Guidelines. The present proposed 63 drill holes ( 34,000 meter ) program is designed to bring
this historic resource to a current compliant resource of at least inferred status.

Historic
Resource
New Resource
Historic Cu Avg. on section 0.339% Cu-2010 more than doubled volume and Cu grade
27
average was 0.389% Cu giving a 15% grade increase in larger volume.
Have Acquired balance of leases as prospecting permits –approved USFS
and BLM December 2012.
Have also submitted a operating plan for up to 63 drill holes approx. 34,000
meters –now approved Dec. 21, 2012 . 2014 budget approx. $6.0 Million.
Establish a 43-101 compliant resource with further 2014 drilling based on 2010
and historic drilling.
Work in 2010 demonstrates the historic Mo, Ag and Au grades are realistic and
the historic copper grades were generally increased by an order of 15% while
increasing the volume at the same time.
Mt. Margaret contains grades higher than any presently operating open pit
porphyry deposit in B.C.!
28
Deep water foreshore lease,
permitted for production
with an advantageous
location to be supplier to
proposed LNG and Oil
plants.
Swamp Point
29
Swamp Point is permitted to 2021 and ready to produce with a short lead time! Results from the
exploration work in the period from 2002 through 2004 showed that the Swamp Point area is underlain
by a sand and gravel deposit that has substantial thickness (locally in excess of 84 m). An Inferred
Resource of 66 million tonnes of sand and gravel was calculated (Hatch, Golder,Shriner 2006 43-101
Technical Report) . Test work indicated that the deposit contains an average of 51% sand, 44% gravel and
5% silt and that the sand and gravel material meets or exceeds typical Canadian and American
specification requirements. This is easily barge accessible to proposed LNG and Oil plants in the Prince
Rupert and Kitimat areas.
