April 2014 1 Forward Looking Statement This presentation contains certain forward-looking information concerning the business of Ascot Resources Ltd. (the "Corporation"). All statements, other than statements of historical fact, included herein including, without limitation; statements about the exploration of the Premier Property and completion of the acquisition of the Premier Property, are forward-looking statements. These forward-looking statements are based on the opinions of management at the date the statements are made and are based on assumptions and subject to a variety of risks and uncertainties and other factors that could cause actual events to differ materially from those projected in forward-looking statements. Important factors that could cause actual results to differ materially from the Corporation's expectations include fluctuations in commodity prices and currency exchange rates; uncertainties relating to interpretation of drill results and the geology, continuity and grade of mineral deposits; the need for cooperation of government agencies and native groups in the exploration and development of properties and the issuance of required permits; the need to obtain additional financing to explore and develop properties and uncertainty as to the availability and terms of future financing; the possibility of delay in exploration programs and uncertainty of meeting anticipated program milestones; uncertainty as to timely availability of permits and other governmental approvals. The Corporation is under no obligation to update forward-looking statements if circumstances or management's opinions should change, except as required by applicable securities laws. The reader is cautioned not to place undue reliance on forward-looking statements. Qualified Person: The scientific and technical data for this presentation has been prepared by Graeme Evans P.Geo. for the Ascot Resources properties. Graeme Evans P.Geo. acts as “qualified person” under National instrument 43-101 Standards of Disclosures for Mineral Projects. 2 1/Dilworth/Premier•gold, silver , base metal epithermal property in northwestern BC near town of Stewart. •Large property >105 square km’s includes old Premier Mine (2+MOzAu, 45+Moz Ag) and several active mining leases. •Can earn 100% interest subject to royalties. •Ascot has been working on the project for 7 years and has spent approximately $25 million to date. •Have announced an updated NI-43-101 resource March 31, 2014 which only covers 20% of the Big Missouri-Martha Ellen-Dilworth target area. 2014 Resource 2.830 Moz AuEq Indicated,1.804 Moz. Margaret deposit are referenced in CIM Special Volume 37 as well as several USGS and GSC databases. These historical resource estimates predate the implementation of National Instrument 43-101 ("NI 43-101") guidelines and are not compliant . The Mt. Margaret resource estimates are considered relevant as they have been calculated on the basis of 20,729 metres of diamond drilling in 105 drill holes, However, Ascot has not completed the work necessary to have the historical estimate verified by a Qualified Person as a current mineral resource or mineral reserve estimate. The Company is not treating the estimate as a current NI 43101 defined resource or reserve estimate and the historical estimate should not be relied upon. There is no current economic evaluation that demonstrates the potential economic viability of the stated resources therefore none of the geological resources should be considered "reserves" under current CIM Guidelines. The present proposed 63 drill holes ( 34,000 meter ) program is designed to bring this historic resource to a current compliant resource of at least inferred status. Swamp Point 29 Swamp Point is permitted to 2021 and ready to produce with a short lead time! Results from the exploration work in the period from 2002 through 2004 showed that the Swamp Point area is underlain by a sand and gravel deposit that has substantial thickness (locally in excess of 84 m). An Inferred Resource of 66 million tonnes of sand and gravel was calculated (Hatch, Golder,Shriner 2006 43-101 Technical Report) . Test work indicated that the deposit contains an average of 51% sand, 44% gravel and 5% silt and that the sand and gravel material meets or exceeds typical Canadian and American specification requirements. This is easily barge accessible to proposed LNG and Oil plants in the Prince Rupert and Kitimat areas. 30
