David is the chair ***Open positions: Youth Liaison, Alternate Secretary, Alternate Treasurer, Phone Lines chair Someone should also train to be the new lit sales person NEW BUSINESS – 1) Ad hoc committee for the new guidelines was created. The committee consists of David (chair), Nancy, John, James, Jimmy, 2) Motion 20143 Made by: James R, 2nd by: Arthur S “To earmark the $400.00 over prudent reserve for the use of supporting the New Years Eve dance put on by the Region.” TABLED due to lack of information regarding motions in the current guidelines 3) Ken qualified for the chair position of the Phoneline committee. VOTE ON THIS OPEN FORUM 1) Early bird registration for the convention will be available at the December Nights Dance, Saturday December 6 (Carlsbad) 2) We are being asked to participate in giving input to the new literature regarding the Traditions literature.
