WELCOME
NAA Norwalk Babe Ruth Baseball is proud to be the host for the 2014 13 Prep Division Connecticut State
Championship Tournament here in Norwalk Connecticut. We hope to continue the excellence of
previous tournaments and to provide both players and families with an outstanding baseball experience.
All games will be played at Brien McMahon High School’s varsity baseball field. There is ample parking
and food trucks will be on site for your convenience.
We ask that you are respectful of the players and the families around you and refrain from negative
remarks, insults, taunts and profanity. If you have an issue, please inform the tournament director.
There will be an information table with a person on hand to provide tournament information as well as
surrounding area activities, restaurants etc.
We hope that you enjoy your visit and good luck to your team!

THE FIELD
Brien McMahon High School

Ample parking is available in front of the high school. The baseball field has limited parking and should
be used for player drop-off and unloading team equipment. Handicap parking is available close to the
field and in designated spots in the larger parking areas.
Portable toilets are available next to the softball fields. Please be considerate of those around you and
clean up after usage.
Directions:
From I95
Southbound:
Exit 14
Left off ramp onto US Rte 1
Stay left, follow to the light (CVS on corner) turn left onto Scribner Ave.Follow to end turn right at light
onto Flax Hill Rd
Follow to stop sign and turn left onto Highland Ave
BMHS is on the left. First and second driveways access the large parking lot
Third driveway past the softball field is closer to the field (good to drop players), but you will need to park
in the larger parking lot.
From US 15 (Merritt Parkway)
Southbound
Exit 40A, turn right off the ramp onto Main Ave
Follow Main Ave to Rte 123 (Dunkin Donuts on corner)
Turn right onto Rte 123
Go through light and under Expressway Bridge, turn left onto the Ret 7 Connector
Take exit for I95 South
Follow directions above for Southbound I95

Onsite there will be food trucks for your convenience. The truck schedule is as follows:
Cowabunga Food Truck. Serves burgers, hot dogs, steak subs, fries and drinks
