Certified End of Life Nursing Education Consortium (ELNEC) Trainer
Northeast District Leader of the Hospice and Palliative Nursing Association
Faculty member of the University of Buffalo Palliative Medicine fellowship program
Founding member of the Greater Niagara/Ontario local chapter of HPNA established in
2005
Veterans Health Administration, Office of Nursing Service Geriatrics and Extended Care
Field Advisory Committee.
She is actively involved in integrating palliative care into the ICU, Emergency Room,
Oncology and the Outpatient settings at the VAWNYHS.
