USE OF NON-STANDARD POSITIONS Northwest National Teams MAY MOBILIZE and WILL NEGOTIATE “Non-Standard Positions” within and outside of the Northwest Geographical Area. INCIDENT SUPPORT TEAMS BUYING TEAMS (Refer to NMG 60) NORTHWEST BUYING TEAMS There is one team hosted by OR-MIC. For team questions or issues contact Team Leader Kermadine Barton (RSF) at (541) 471-6746 (office), or (541) 324-1206 (work cell). INCIDENT MEDICAL SPECIALIST TEAMS Each 500-person First Aid Station (NFES #1835) must be dis- patched with an IMS Team. Refer to NWMG 20 for dispatch directions. IMS teams will not be automatically mobilized with the five Type 2 Washington Interagency Incident Management Teams (WIIMT). If an IMS Team is needed by a WIIMT and can operate under the factspecific circumstances of an incident, an order will be placed to NWCC by the unit with the incident. No IMT taking an assignment in Washington State that involves non-federal jurisdiction will automatically mobilize with an IMS team, even if an IMS team is shown in the ”Duty Table” as associated with an IMT. Otherwise, the assigned IMS team will rotate and be dispatched on the same schedule as their assigned IMT. If additional IMS personnel are needed, incident can place the orders using normal dispatch procedures.
