Acquired a Worker Dispatching License for its Worker Dispatching Business in Vietnam
NMS International Vietnam Company Limited (hereinafter “NMS Vietnam”), a subsidiary of Nippon
Manufacturing Service Corporation (abbreviated as: nms; Head office: Shinjuku-ku, Japan; President and
CEO: Fumiaki Ono), which provides human resources and manufacturing services in Japan, China and
ASEAN countries, has formed a business partnership with NMS International Resources Vietnam
Company Limited (hereinafter “NMS IR”) and acquired a new worker dispatching license in Vietnam.
In Vietnam, the revised Labor Act was enacted on May 1, 2013. As a result, a “worker dispatching system
based on laws” that did not exist in the past has been legislated under the new Labor Act, and licenses are now
issued.
In the nms Group, NMS IR, with which NMS Vietnam has formed a business partnership, passed a rigorous
examination and acquired a worker dispatching license on October 15, 2014.
NMS IR formed a strategic partnership with NMS Vietnam at the beginning of its establishment and has
supported the business operation of NMS Vietnam since then. Taking advantage of the alliance with NMS IR,
NMS Vietnam will propose dispatching services tailored to the needs of Japanese companies by sharing with
NMS IR the expertise of nms, its parent, in dispatching services such as labor management methods and
production and manner training.
