Nous apprenons ce jour le décès subit de notre F. Chev. Claude Henri Charles VIGNAL, des Préceptories San Joanen
Argitan n°29, et Bertrand de Blanquefort, n°56, qui a répondu à l'appel de notre Grand Capitaine Céleste.
Il fut armé Chevalier du Temple le 30 avril 2010 au sein de la Préceptorie San Joanen Argitan n° 29, stationnée à
Bayonne, puis armé Chevalier de Malte au sein du Prieuré le 29 octobre 2010. Fondateur de la Préceptorie Bertrand de
Bkanquefort n°56, stationnée à Bordeaux, il était Porte-étendard (B) ou (VB) dans ces deux Préceptories.
Né le 23 décembre 1946 à Talence près Bordeaux, initié le 24 avril 1996, puis élevé le 9 juin 1999, à la R L Fraternité
Universelle n°468 à Bordeaux dont il fut VM en 2008 ; il était également membre de la Loge Lumière Océane n°1467,
à l’O. de Cap-Ferret, qu’il présida en 2007. Il fut exalté le 19 oct 2004 au Chapitre Burdigala n° 22 aussi à Bordeaux.
Veuille le G.A.D.L.U., le Capitaine Céleste de notre Rédemption, l'accueillir au Grand Conclave d'En-Haut. Ses FF et
amis garderont le souvenir d'un Frère Chevalier attachant et très dévoué à l'Ordre.
Les détails de sa sépulture seront annoncés par la Chancellerie provinciale de Guyenne dès que connus.
Les Préceptories de San Joanen Argitan N° 29 et Bertrand de Blanquefort n° 56,
célèbreront un Requiem à sa mémoire selon les usages de l'Ordre lors de leur plus
prochain Chapitre, voilant de crêpe leur Bannière ; les Frères Chevaliers portant le
deuil par un nœud de crêpe noir à l'épaule gauche du manteau.

We learnt today that Bro Kt. Claude Henri Charles VIGNAL, a member of both The
San Joanen Argitan No.38 & Bertrand de Blanquefort No.56 Preceptories, answered
the Call of the Great Captain of our Salvation, in the sixty seventh year of his age.
Installed in The San Joanen Argitan Preceptory No.29, stationed in Bayonne on 30th April 2010, then in their Priory on

29 Oct 2010. A Founder of The Bertrand de Blanquefort Preceptory No.56 stationed in Borddeaux, he was StandardBearer (B) ou (VB) in both.

The Fraternité Universelle Lodge No.468 in Bordeaux, where he was WM in 2008. A Founder member of The Lumière

Océane Lodge No.1467 (GLNF) at Cap-Ferret, he was installed as WM there in Sept 2007. He had been exalted on 19
October 2004 in The Budigala R A Chapter No.22 also in Bordeaux.
May the Great Captain of our Salvation welcome him in the Grand Conclave Above and grant all his friends strength to
sustain their deep bereavement.
Funeral arrangements shall be announced as soon as known by the Provincial Vice Chancellor of Guyenne.
The San Joanen Argitan No.29 and Bertrand de Blanquefort No.56 Preceptories shall conduct a Requiem according
to the Usages of the Order at their next Chapter when all Bro Kts shall be in mourning, the Banner veiled in Black crepe
and the Bro Kts wearing bows of black crepe on the left shoulder of their mantle.
