DESCRIPTION et AVANTAGES DU MATERIEL MICROCAR CDI 12V
HYGIASEPT a développé le premier système européen de désinfection
automatique embarqué.
Destiné à l'origine au marché du transport sanitaire (désinfection des ambulances
de types A et C, y compris leur circuit de climatisation), le kit CDI® a vu son
champ d'application s'élargir au transport des matières potentiellement
infectieuses: déchets de soins hospitaliers, déchets organiques, linges, etc...
Installé en première ou seconde monte, le kit CDI ® s'adapte à toutes les
catégories de fourgons et fonctionne de manière autonome, sur 220V ou 12V. La
désinfection du véhicule peut se faire à tout moment, même pendant son trajet.

Consignes de sécurité pour la mise en place du diffuseur

Prévoir à l’installation d’équiper la ligne électrique d’un fusible de 1A pour un branchement
en 12V.
Emplacements et raccordement du bidon
de traitement
Prenez un bidon de 2 litres de la gamme Hygiaseptyl®. Seul
ce type de bidon convient. Retirez la bague d’inviolabilité puis
insérer le tuyau d’alimentation (avec son embout) dans le
bidon et vissez à fond le bouchon noir.
Pour la désinfection : Ouvrir les tiroirs et placards ainsi que la vitre de séparation
Cellule/cabine. Actionner le système de chauffage/climatisation sur recyclage intérieur à
petite vitesse.
Se reporter aux protocoles Hygiasept pour les temps de diffusion.
En cas de départ urgent, stopper la désinfection et actionner la ventilation (recyclage
extérieur).
Votre diffuseur Hygiasept est muni d'un système de purge automatique évacuant tous
les résidus de produit après chaque utilisation. Il s’arrête ensuite automatiquement.

HYGIASEPTYL® SPRAY / DS & HYGIASEPTYL® SPRAY PLUS

Hygiaseptyl® Spray :
Nous recommandons Hygiaseptyl® Spray / DS à base d'ammonium
quaternaires pour la désinfection quotidienne des ambulances.
Hygiaseptyl® Spray ne tâche pas, n'oxyde pas et ne laisse aucun résidu.
Hygiaseptyl® Spray Plus :
Hygiaseptyl® Spray Plus doit être utilisé dans les cas exceptionnels de
contamination mais n'est pas recommandé pour la désinfection quotidienne
des ambulances. Sa composition à base de peroxydes d'hydrogène peut
jaunir les plastiques, les tableaux de bord ou oxyder les supports
métalliques.
Les diffuseurs HYGIASEPT® sont garantis 1 an.

DESCRIPTION & ADVANTAGES OF THE 12V CDI MICROCAR DIFFUSER
HYGIASEPT has developed the first automatic on-board disinfection system in Europe.
The CDI-kit was first intended for the ambulance market (for disinfection of ambulances
of category A or C, the air-conditioning system of the vehicle included). The CDI-kit is
now adapted to transport of potentially infectious material, medical waste, organic residue,
medical soiled linen, etc…
The CDI-kit can be installed on first equipment or every kind of vehicle can be equipped
afterwards with this system which operates autonomously on 220V or 12V. Disinfection
of the sanitary cell can take place at any moment, between one patient and the next for
instance.

Safety instructions for fitting the diffuser
It is necessary to equip the electric line with a fuse of 1A for a 12V wiring.

product container.
Take a 2 litres container from the Hygiaseptyl® range.
Only this type of container will fit properly. Remove the
protective ring, then insert the supply tube (with its
nozzle) into the container and screw on the black cap
tightly.
For disinfection : Open the drawers and cupboards as well as the
window between the sanitary cell and the cabin. Operate the
heating/cooling system on the inner recycling position on slow speed.

When necessary and in case of emergency, press simultaneously both
buttons to stop spraying and operate the ventilation system (outer
recycling position).
Your diffuser is equipped with an automatic cleaning system which
evacuates after each use every liquid leftover. Then the diffuser stops
automatically.

Hygiaseptyl® Spray :
We recommend the use of Hygiaseptyl® Spray / DS (combination of cationic
and non-ionic surfactants) for the daily disinfection of ambulances.
Hygiaseptyl® Spray does not stain, does not oxide and does not leave any
leftover.
Hygiaseptyl® Spray Plus :
Hygiaseptyl® Spray Plus must be used only in exceptional contamination cases
but is not recommended for the daily disinfection of ambulances.
Its composition of synergized association of over 95% biodegradable stabilised
organic peroxides could yellow plastic materials, instrument panels or oxyde
metallic supports.
HYGIASEPT® are guaranteed for one year.
