On display at Conexpo Las Vegas, March 4th to 8th booth 8254 in the new Platinum Lot B360 XP Following the B450XP introduced at Bauma 2013, the B360XP is a new cornerstone within Casagrande’s world-class rigs. With telescopic kelly bars, the rig can achieve boreholes up to 2700 mm (106.3 in) maximum diameter and a maximum depth of 89 m (292 ft). In CFA mode, maximum borehole diameter is 1200 mm (47.3 in). Arranged in the diaphragm wall configuration (KRC kit), the B360XP can dig a maximum trench width of 1500 mm (59 in) with a maximum depth of 46 m (151 ft). The machine is powered by a Tier 4i diesel engine which guarantees excellent performances in terms of efficiency (drilling productivity and capability) and environmental impact (lower fuel consumption and pollution). The bored pile configuration B360XP displayed at CONEXPO features a 400 kNm (295,000 lbf·ft) rotary in PDW mode (Pull-Down Winch) with a 19 m (62.3 ft) stroke and a crowd/extraction force of 600 kN (134,900 lbf). The displayed unit has a kelly bar arrangement which allows depths up to 39 m (128 ft), maneuvered by a main winch with 360 kN (80,930 lbf) of nominal line pull.
