DEVIS
Les portes seront du type «STANDARD», série 2100, fabriquées par
A. & D. Prévost Inc., telles que montrées aux plans et décrites ci-après.
Les portes auront une épaisseur de 44.5mm. Les montants latéraux
auront une largeur de 54mm, la traverse du haut 49 mm et la traverse
du bas 98.4mm. Les garnitures de vitrage seront retenues dans des
parcloses du type à pression sans fixation visible. Pour obtenir des joints
bien ajustés, tous les coins seront renforcés par un support mécanique
solidement fixé avec boulons aux jambages et consolidé aux traverses au
moyen de deux (2) soudures en profondeur, ne causant aucune décoloration en surface.
L’aluminium sera de l’alliage et trempe 6063-T5 et sera fini anodisé: clair
No. 510, conforme à la norme AA-M12-C22-A31 Classe II (10 microns);
clair No. 518, conforme à la norme AA-M12-C22-A41 Classe I (18 microns) ou fini anodisé ANOSPEC: champagne No. 541, bronze pâle No.
543, bronze architectural No. 546 ou noir No. 549, conforme à la norme
AA-M12-C22-A44.

Doors shall be ‘‘STANDARD’’ Series 2100 manufactured by A. & D. Prevost Inc., as shown on plans and described herewith.

The doors will have a thickness of 44.5mm. The vertical stiles shall have
a width of 54mm, top rail 49mm and the bottom rail 98.4mm. The glazing
gaskets shall be retained in the glazing stops.To obtain fine hairline joints,
all corners shall be mechanically reinforced with internal brackets solidly
bolted to the stiles and fixed to the horizontal rails by means of two (2)
deep penetration welds. These welds will cause no surface discoloration.
Aluminum shall be 6063-T5 alloy and temper and exposed surfaces and
shall be anodized: clear No. 510 to conform to specification AA-M12C22-A31 Class II (10 microns); clear No. 518 to conform to specification
AA-M12-C22-A41 Class I (18 microns) or anodized ANOSPEC: champagne No. 541, light bronze No. 543, architectural bronze No. 546 or
black No. 549 to conform to specification AA-M12-C22-A44.

DEVIS
Les portes seront du type «ISOLÉE STANDARD», série 2150, fabriquées
par A. & D. Prévost Inc., telles que montrées aux plans et décrites ciaprès.
Les portes auront une épaisseur de 51mm. Les montants latéraux auront
une largeur de 54mm, la traverse du haut 49mm et la traverse du bas
98.4 mm. La face intérieure de la porte sera recouverte d’un parement
d’aluminium robuste retenu mécaniquement dans une séparation thermique en vinyle rigide. Les garnitures de vitrage seront insérées dans une
rainure du parement à l’intérieur et dans une parclose du type à pression
à l’extérieur. Pour obtenir des joints bien ajustés, tous les coins seront
renforcés par un support mécanique solidement fixé avec boulons aux
jambages et consolidé aux traverses au moyen de deux (2) soudures en
profondeur, ne causant aucune décoloration en surface.
L’aluminium sera de l’alliage et trempe 6063-T5 et sera fini anodisé: clair
No. 510, conforme à la norme AA-M12-C22-A31 Classe II (10 microns);
clair No. 518, conforme à la norme AA-M12-C22-A41 Classe I (18 microns) ou fini anodisé ANOSPEC: champagne No. 541, bronze pâle No.
543, bronze architectural No. 546 ou noir No. 549, conforme à la norme
AA-M12-C22-A44.

Doors shall be ‘‘STANDARD INSULATED’’ Series 2150 manufactured by
A. & D. Prevost Inc. as shown on plans and described herewith.
The doors will have a thickness of 51mm. The vertical stiles shall have a
width of 54mm, top rail 49mm and the bottom rail 98.4 mm. The interior
face of doors will be cladded with a heavy gauge aluminum extrusion
mechanically interlocked with a rigid P.V.C. thermal barrier. The glazing
gaskets will be retained in the interior cladding sections and the exterior
glazing stops.There shall be no exposed screws. To obtain fine hairline
joints, all corners shall be mechanically reinforced with internal brackets
solidly bolted to the stiles and fixed to the horizontal rails by means of two
(2) deep penetration welds. These welds will cause no surface discoloration.
Aluminum shall be 6063-T5 alloy and temper and exposed surfaces and
shall be anodized: clear No. 510 to conform to specification AA-M12C22-A31 Class II (10 microns); clear No. 518 to conform to specification
AA-M12-C22-A41 Class I (18 microns) or anodized ANOSPEC: champagne No. 541, light bronze No. 543, architectural bronze No. 546 or
black No. 549 to conform to specification AA-M12-C22-A44.
