take effect.

1. Visit the Maryland EXCELS website at MarylandEXCELS.org
2. Enter your program information and submit your application by 6/29/15
3. Publish your rating within 12 months of your acceptance to Maryland EXCELS

Computers will be available, with assistance
to help you sign-up on-site.
