IDC4 TRUCK 32.0.0 SOFTWARE UPDATE
Once again the new IDC4 TRUCK 32 update offers its customers a large
number of diagnostic developments connected to the world of industrial
vehicles, light duty vehicles and buses. It is yet another significant
expansion of the already extraordinary TEXA diagnostic coverage: a
progressive growth that ensures the availability of an exceptional and
state-of-the art instrumentation, that puts all mechanics in the position
to work quickly and professionally on today’s vehicles.
Among the new features within this release we would like to highlight
the addition of the new TGS3s function that allows you to carry out a
total scan of the control units and, we would also like to point out the
introduction of the new DASHBOARD function additions.
Here are just a few of the most important diagnostic functions of the IDC4 TRUCK 32 software,

NEW AUTOMATIC CONTROL UNIT SCAN: TGS3s
Another
important
feature
introduced in the update TRUCK
32 is theTGS3s,theextraordinary
function that allows you to
automatically scan all the control units that
can be diagnosed in
the vehicle you are
working on, in no time
at all. Besides carrying
out the scan on all the
control units, TGS3s
also allows you both
to view an accurate
report of the faults
detected, as well as
delete them. At the end
of the operation the
repair technician can also print out the result of
the scan to hand over to the customer. TGS3s
is available for the makes MAN, VOLVO and
RENAULT for the TRUCK category. For light duty
vehicles it is available for the models Mercedes
Sprinter and Ford Custom.
NOTE: Further details regarding the above
mentioned functions and their applicability are available in the Diagnosis
Coverage List in the “DOCUMENTATION” section of the IDC4 software
or in TEXA’s official website at the section “DIAGNOSTIC COVERAGE”.
The TexaEdu UK Training Facilities use the latest presentation technology, to
ensure each candidate receives the best possible information during the course.
This allows practical testing throughout the course and direct interaction between
the candidate, tool and systems.
Each course has a maximum number of candidates (10 per course) which provides interaction between the trainer and
technicians. Each course involves a final test, to ensure that the candidate has understood the course content. Each
successful candidate will receive an IMI Awards approved certificate upon completion of the course.
We offer two ranges of training courses:
•
TEXA’s product specific training courses are only available to customers who own a TEXA diagnostic product.
•
Whereas our technical courses such as SCR AdBlue, Trailer EBS and F-gas etc are available to all Technicians.
Technology is changing rapidly and diagnostic tools are now an integral part of the repair and maintenance of modern
vehicle systems. TexaEdu aims to make their training more effective by basing the courses around the customers chosen
Texa diagnostic tool, in order to meet their requirements. To support the training program in the UK and Ireland, TexaEdu
has received continued investment and is an accredited IMI awards approved center.
TexPack
TexPack is an annual software update contract available to provide updates to either, Truck, Car,
OHW (Agri and Construction), Bike or Marine Software platforms.
By subscribing to a software update package, TEXA customers will receive regular updates via the
internet, along with the interim updates released between main versions.
Tex@Info
The Tex@Info Service is designed to provide assistance to customers via a range of services, in
conjunction with the IDC4 software.
Access to the Technical Support Service is available to customers who subscribe to the Annual
TexPack and Tex@Info Package, and will allow direct access to the UK TEXA Technical Department
and a member of their technical team. Tex@Info also includes access and updates to the technical
bulletins contained within the IDC4 Software, as well as online access to the
‘ Search’ function
database. Members of the technical support team can provide support on the use and functionality
of the TEXA products, and also assist with system and vehicle related problems. Access to this is via a standard rate
telephone call, with the user having a unique access code. This service is avaiable from 8.30am through until 5.00pm
Monday-Friday.
