Madi Radulescu, MBA, ACC

I began my career as an engineer, graduating from Engineer, Petroleum and Gas Institute in 1990 and
continued my education with a Management OU UK diploma and an MBA at the Warwick University UK.
Over the years , I gain multiple certifications and graduated from several specific courses both in Romania
and abroad.
I started as an entrepreneur in 1993 as one of the founders of the largest managerial education network in
Romania at that time: CODECS The Open University.
In 2003 I founded my own business and currently I’m managing a team of 8 consultants, being proudly one
of the first 10 companies in the industry, in Romania.
Starting 2008 we became partners of Persona Global in Romania, integrating modern and tested
methodologies in our professional and personal development courses.
Myself, as a professional, I work mostly with top management teams, facilitate workshops and team
processes for a various portfolio of multinational companies, being also an ACC – ICF Executive Coach,
graduated as a Practitioner Executive Coaching from AoEC London. ICA BRIDGE Power Tools coaching.
Member of ICF, member of EMCC and ACEA. Certified Practitioner POINTS OF YOUTM
I’m one of the 5 Master Trainers for Persona Global methodologies.
I’ve lived in Romania and Bulgaria, worked in 9 European markets with participants from 14 countries.
Diana Maria Voicu

• Diana specializes in marketing, sales, communication and PR. In the first part of his career, for eight years,
she was a journalist for radio and television, worked for news agencies Reuters and the Associated Press
and launched as editor in chief the Elle magazine in Romania.
• Beginning with 1998 she started working in business, first as marketing director of a major FMCG
distribution company. Later Diana joined Ion Tiriac Diana at the Romanian Olympic Foundation to promote
and build the Olympic brand, to ensure financing and sponsorship of Romanian Olympic teams. She was
marketing director of Alexandrion Group and conference director in Forum Invest-Media On group.
• Diana’s career as a trainer and human resources consultant started in 2004. Favorite areas of expertise
and training are management development, emotional capabilities, marketing, leadership,
communication, customer service. Since 2008, Diana has created and coordinated within MMM
Consulting a large number of training and HR assessment and development projects.

Viviana Andone

Professional Experience
Viviana graduated two master's programs at the University of Bucharest, in Organizational
Psychology and Human Resources Management Faculty of Psychology and Human Resources
Development Faculty of Business and Public Administration. In 2008 she graduated Psychology
and Educational Sciences from the same university, specializing in Organizational Psychology.
She also graduated Performance Management training course held by Open University UK
through their representatives in Romania, Codec's.
Viviana has over 8 years experience in developing Assesment Centres, training and development
in managerial competencies for Holcim Romania; Wurth, Asesoft, Parada, Ministry of transport
etc.
Consulting projects regarding human resources for managers (Cefin, Calsonic Kansei, Tarom,
Novartis), sales team (Siemens, Ulker), training design and development, teambuilding trainer
(Pirelli, RBS Bank, Tarom), coordination, administration and implementation of training programs
She is specialised in Organisational psychology, Organisational Development, HR Systems, Sales
& Marketing.
Viviana was the coordinator of training programs at MDI – Management Development Institute
in Austria.
Alexandra Fusneica
Market Development Architect
I started working in MMM in 2010, as a sales assistant, in an industry I knew nothing
about. Almost instantly, I started loving my job, but mostly the idea of making people’s
work easy through different tools. So, in march 2011 I was partially in charge of
establishing the plan for our open courses, our quality management system and
certain projects. In time, my activity got more complex, more people oriented, more
focused on solutions for our partners. Now, I am responsible for market development
of our company and I also manage some of our biggest accounts: managing long term
projects, organizing and promoting open courses and giving our partners the best
solution for their need with the support of our professional team who are also to be
“blamed” for my growth as a professional 

Germany and Italy;
Flavia has 13 years experience in Human Resources, occupying over time management positions in
Human Resources, Senior Management in Recruitment and Talent Management at Romtelecom, Orange,
Genpact and Continental Automotive Products. Flavia has worked also for an Executive Search agency;

Since 1992, I am totally involved in the fantastic adventure of assisting those around
myself to evolve. I had the opportunity to be trained as a trainer by a group of
professors from National Training Laboratories in the U.S.A. and to attend trainings
in negotiation (L.M.P.C., U.S.A.), adult education techniques (Minnesota University,
U.S.A.), project management (M.D.F., The Netherlands), coaching (F.A.I., U.S.A.).
I have graduated Master’s degree in NLP (NLP Explorer, licensed ITANLP) and
Professional Diploma in Management (Open University, U.K. – CODECS, Romania).
I have worked for 12 years as director of a national programme in ethnic and interconfessional reconciliation, gathering experience in working with multi-ethnic and
religious complex groups.
I have cooperated with the National Institute of Administration and cooperate with
the National Agency of Public Servants in their programmes. I am one the external
evaluators for N.A.P.S.

industries, and public administration, fact that has enlarged my expertise and the
