INTELLIGENCE SITUATION AWARENESS TOOL (ISAT) ISAT is a Tactical Data Processor that runs under Microsoft Windows on COTS hardware to provide a near-real-time picture of the maritime and ground-based situation based on SIGINT, Radar, AIS and other sources.
