serious cardiac adverse drug reactions related to the use of
domperidone, including QT prolongation, torsade de pointes,
serious ventricular arrhythmia and sudden cardiac death.

ขนาดยา: เด็กและผูใหญ BW < 35 กิโลกรัม : 0.25 mg/kg วันละ 3 ครัง้
ผูใหญ BW ≥ 35 kg : 10 mg วันละ 3 ครั้ง, max dose 30 mg/วัน
ระยะเวลาการใชยา: ไมแนะนําใหใชยานานกวา 1 สัปดาห

ขอควรระวัง : ในผูปวยอายุ > 60 ป เนื่องจากมีโอกาสเกิดอาการขางเคียงจากยา Domperidone มากขึ้น
